The SINP is an immigration program under which the Province of Saskatchewan selects individuals from other countries who intend to settle in Saskatchewan and nominates them to the federal government for landed immigrant status. The SINP eligibility criteria reflect the specific needs of Saskatchewan's labour market and economy. 二、SINP（企业家移民类）制定初衷 对企业家移民类，萨斯喀彻温省省提名计划已经制定了新的提名标准，以便加快审理速度、吸引投资和为萨省创造更多就业机会。 Entrepreneur Program The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has launched a new process for the Entrepreneur Category that will improve processing times, attract investment and foster the creation of more jobs in Saskatchewan. 三、萨省省提名计划提名资格 萨省省提名计划企业家移民类有四条提名标准。获取萨省省提名必须符合所有这四条标准。 Nomination Criteria There are four criteria in the SINP Entrepreneur Category.You must meet all four of these criteria to be approved for nomination: 1、最少拥有30万加元净资产，并能予以证明。 a minimum net worth of C$300,000 which can be verified; 2、该净资产为通过合法方式积累获取，并能予以证明。 accumulation of net worth through legal means, which can be verified; 3、至少具有3年创业或相关商业管理经验 minimum three years entrepreneurial or relevant business management experience; and, 4、要有定居萨省的意愿，并能积极在萨省投资 intent to reside and actively invest in Saskatchewan. 四、SINP对申请人的要求 Requirements: 1、至少积极投资15万加元以开展一个新生意或购买一个现有的企业，或拥有至少1/3的（价值最少为15万加元）公司股份，如果所拥有的股权少于1/3，那么投资额必须提高到最少100万加元。 minimum active investment of C$150,000 in the Province of Saskatchewan, and if the ownership is less than 1/3 of the business, the total investment must be worth at least C$1 million; 2、要积极参与日常管理工作； day-to-day management of your business; and, 3、向萨省支付7.5万加元保证金，分为两部分：提交申请时支付2500加元和获萨省提名时支付72，500加元保证金。 make a C$75,000 good faith deposit, divided into an initial C$2,500 deposit and an additional C$72,500 deposited at the time of nomination. 五、关于面试问题 对于萨省省提名企业家类移民，面试并非必须，但如出于评估申请人申请资格的需要，萨省省提名保留要求申请人面试的权利。 An interview is not obligatory for the SINP Entrepreneur Category, but the SINP reserves the right to request an interview if required for criteria assessment. 六、关于2009年10月1日以前，萨省省提名（企业家类移民）申请的审理方式。请注意：萨省省提名（企业家类移民）申请的审理方式将不再按照以前的审理方式进行。但对于2009年10月1日以前所提交的申请，仍将按以前的规定审理。所有之后的申请都将按照上述新出台的萨省省提名（企业家类移民）标准审理。 Entrepreneur Category Process Before October 1, 2009 Please note that applications are no longer being accepted under the former process. If you have applied prior to October 1, 2009, your application will be considered under that process. All new applications should be submitted through the new Entrepreneur Program process above. 七、海利普移民点评：以上萨省移民局所列萨省省提名（企业家类移民）标准，只是对申请萨省省提名的基本要求。满足上述条件，未必就能申请成功。除必须满足上述条件以外，能否成功获取萨省省提名还取决与其它因素，比如：1、所提交的商业计划书是否完整和是否具有可行性；2、所投资项目是否对促进萨省经济有益等等。 八、通过萨省省提名计划多久可获取签证？ 审理时间各异，但是，成功取得萨省省提名后一般比联邦投资移民获取移民签证快得多。平均来说，萨省省提名计划评估一份申请需要4-8个月；而加拿大移民局的审理速度取决与驻贵国签证办公室的审理速度。从提交萨省省提名计划到获取移民签证的平均时间约为13个月。 How long will it take to get a visa through the SINP? Processing times vary, however, successful SINP applications typically receive their landed immigrant status considerably quicker than individuals applying through federal immigration classes. On average, the SINP can assess a file within 4-8 months and CIC processing times vary depending on the visa office processing for your country. The average time from making the SINP application to receiving a visa has been about 13 months. 九、多少家属可以作为我的副申请人？ 多少家属可以作为您的副申请人，目前并没有限制。但是，你必须能证明所有副申请人都能满足移民标准，也就是说副申请人或者被萨省企业雇佣工作，或者满足每增加一名家庭副申请人，对主申请人财产要求就相应增加12，000加元。 How many family members can I support? There currently is no limit to the number of family members you can support; however, you must be able to prove that these family members can all meet the settlement criteria either through a job offer in Saskatchewan or by meeting the financial requirements of $10,000 for each primary applicant and $2000 for each accompanying family member. |
